CARE TC opens the transaction file and immediately establishes all critical timelines, contingencies, and deadlines. You will receive a clear overview of the transaction schedule to ensure we are perfectly aligned

Step 3: Escrow & Party Coordination

We initiate contact with escrow, lenders, and the cooperating agents. Our team proactively monitors progress, ensuring all required documents are executed and delivered on time.

Step 4: Ongoing Compliance & Updates

Throughout the escrow period, we manage your California-specific compliance needs and provide consistent updates. You maintain full control while we manage the background details.

Step 5: Successful Close

The transaction concludes with a clean, broker-ready, compliant file. Our fee is paid directly through escrow—if the deal doesn't close, you don't pay.
